Like any other Smartphone, a Blackberry may be small, but it has web access and many powerful, useful apps may be downloaded onto it. These apps can help you to do all kinds of things while “on the go,” from tracking your running distance and calories burned to finding hotel prices to just playing games. Here are five of the most exciting of them from just this year. Each will belong to a different basic category.
1. My911
Is the kind of thing that nobody with a Blackberry wants to be without. It automatically dials 911 and gives the emergency people the owner’s present coordinates when it detects a possible accident using impact detection technology.
2. Pocket Yoga Free

The first app of its kind ever! Its purpose, of course, is to enable you to perform yoga exercises. All of the traditional yoga poses are part of it, and they are presented in the traditional vinyāsa sequence. Each session lasts for a whole hour. The owner can play the preloaded yoga session, or create one from scratch tailored to his own personal health needs. The beauty of the accompanying female voice and images will make the experience much more enjoyable.
3. Hotel Tycoon Resort
This is game in which the tycoon is the player himself as the owner of a large and prosperous luxury resort hotel. The

object of the game is to use one’s available resources to make improvements to the hotel that guests will find comfortable and attractive. A German version Alao exists, and French and Spanish ones are soon to come.
4. Satski

This is a GPS ski app that is just right for you if you are the kind of person who likes to go skiing at mountain resorts. It gives you you all the information that you need to plan your skiing trip— where you can eat (and you can make dinner reservations with this thing, too), where you can have your skis tuned and repaired, how fast you are going right now, how far you have gone, and more. Satski can even make an automated call to Ski Patrol in the event that you find yourself in need of assistance and, like my911 described above, give them your coordinates!
5. Sensible World of Soccer

The final app that will be described in this article is perfect for fans of the most popular sport in the world. It goes by the name of Sensible World of Soccer, and it comes in the form of a simulation that enables the player to experience in virtual time all the major movements that form part of the game, including heading the ball, dribbling, kicking, attempting to make a goal, tackling, and more. A fun way to hone one’s playing skills.
