Step Restore and Backup contact BlackBerry Messenger :

FIRST STEP: Register your e-mail address and create a backup copy

Open BlackBerry Messenger
Press Menu
Select Options
Select a backup
select from the backup files
a list of e-mail address with your BlackBerry smartphone will appear. Select your preferred e-mail address, press the Menu key and select Edit E-mail Status Register Monitoring
Click OK

After you complete these steps on the BlackBerry. BlackBerry Messenger automatically stores the details of your wireless network!

SECOND STEP: Restore data from your BlackBerry Messenger
