Smart Camera-Based Tizen Samsung NX300M Officially Launched in South Korea

Samsung has previously been revealed that the smartphone operating system with Tizen will not they introduce this year. But in fact, the South Korean company has released a smart camera products with Tizen OS in October yesterday named Samsung NX300M.


The camera is only marketed by Samsung to the South Korean market, at least for now. By using the Tizen operating system, Samsung revealed that it NX300M has several advantages over other Linux -based cameras. Of which is 2 times faster booting and increased performance of the camera, the 20 mega pixel resolution capable of capturing 9 pictures in one second.

For Tizen -based smartphone, Samsung will likely launch in the first quarter of 2014. The smartphone will also come with Tizen OS version 2.2.1, although Samsung is also working on Tizen 3.0. Tizen operating system 3.0, provides several additional features such as support for 64 – bit Intel processor and ARM, multi user accounts and others.
